  Avoid this seller! Item not shipped timely. Sent various messages to seller that were ignored. Had to file a claim with Ebay, which the seller also did not respond to. Item eventually shipped well after it was supposed to arrive. Item purchased was "new" labware, pyrex glass dessicator, which was packaged very poorly with absolutely nothing to support the glass during shipping. Item arrived completely destroyed. Had to get a refund directly from Ebay because the seller would not respond.

  Hi, I'm sorry about what happed, it was a new dessicator however we don't have original box. We immediatly issued refund after your requirement, again we are very sorry about what happened, hope we could serve you better in the future.
