  Payment is made, seller prints shipping label..... product is never handed to USPS for shipping. This is fraud. I am very surprised with the amount of this EXACT feedback from others ( multiple times) that this seller has not been shut down by Ebay. This is purposely done by seller to make their living. Really pathetic .
