    NO CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AT ALL! 15 minutes after I purched this slushy machine, I contacted this vender to change the shipping address. I sent them the new address. THEY NEVER REPLIED. Package arrived at the wrong address in a marked box, showing what was in the box. Ruined the Christmas Gift that was purchased for my wife, since she is the person who brought it in off the porch. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHATSOEVER! I do not recommend this Vender.......

    Hello Sir, we are so sorry the address change did not go through. We made every attempt to change address with Delivery carrier and expressed this through communication. When making orders we recommend to Cancel your order and FIX address (especially with a gift) so this does not occur as our orders are automated and sent to warehouse. Again our apologies
