  Item I received had a glaring manufacturing defect, but the seller refunded my money without hassle. They did not even make me go through the annoying process of returning the item (waiting for an email, printing a label, repackaging the item, driving to the post office, standing in line, etc). I DO appreciate sellers like this! Thankfully this is a very rare occurrence from my experience on Ebay for the past 20+ years.

  Read the feedback on this seller very carefully. Description of item is false. The price is for a single filter, not pack of 5 as shown in description. Seller claimed some sort of system error which has yet to be corrected. Seller refunded 20% of cost which puts it at full retail price for one filter. This is the first and last transaction with this seller.

Item was shipped promptly and arrived within original delivery estimate. Box was slightly opened but item is as described.
