    The ad stated: New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store Nope, was shipped with no original box, filter cover, so was definitely "Open Box", not new, which I paid an extra $25 for. It works, so that is why I left positive rather than Neutral.
