    It turns out that while the part number for this tool is stamped right on the surface, the tool's interface to the part was not ideal. I brought this to the attention of the seller with a description and photos of the issue. The seller responded and offered to refund what amounted to roughly 65% of what I had paid. I accepted his offer and consulted with a machinist for a fix. It was determined that shims could resolve the issue. Shims were made and resulted in a favorable interface. Thanks Al's
