  Shipping was fast. I was disappointed that the toy was advertised as new. It had been carefully taped and you could see scratches and markings on the toy through the plastic. While I appreciated the sellers prompt reply and refund I did not appreciate the insinuation that I had opened and tampered with the product.

  The box was unopened, I did not open the box and tape anything. Most all of my toys are new in a box. You have not sent the toy back yet and have stolen my toy. Why would you do this to a 78 year old woman. Thank You
