  I purchased this item on a photo of the item and the answer "good" to the question to the seller asking for the condition of the item because I was concerned that because of its low price that it might not be. It arrived in fair/poor condition. The seller just focused on the secondary picture (that I didn't see), and not his response. He accused me of threatening him when I told him that if he didn't make good, I would provide a poor review. He then threatened to sue me if I did that.

  Thank you for admitting you received the same exact wheel that was in the picture. Furthermore, nobody threatened to sue you. We simply told you if you lie in a review, its illegal.
