  Sent out a message and never got one in return, the only reason I reached out was because I ordered multiple things the same time I ordered this, I received everything else in the mail in this one still did not ship out, was trying to ask them what was taking so long but after I sent a message it shipped out the next day, not sure if that was a coincidence or not, other than that the shipping was fast the item was as described and I was very happy with it.
