  Very displeased w/Capodimonte Bell; Item arrived damaged with a chip; No damage described or pictured in listing; Very slow shipping Purchased 3/21 & Received 4/01; Contacted Seller claimed bell was not damaged when shipped; However there were no pieces of the bell in the packing paper; Ebay Seller was very defensive so I would definitely not recommend buying from this Ebay Seller nor would I make any purchases from her in the future. Proceed at your own risk!

  I was not defensive all I said was it was not chipped when I described it and it was not chipped when i mailed. They was given a full refund so I'm not sure if they are having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone or if they are just one of those people that aren't happy no matter what and likes to B***h but anyone who has bought anything from me knows that I like to keep my buyers happy!

  just received this item as described and unshattered. was amused with the inscription on the package. it stated, "hey this is fragile, handle w/care!! if you can get this to the buyer w/out breaking it, we both would appreciate it" and the word fragile written on all sides. thanks for taking the time to securely packaged this item and the added handling. much appreciate it cos i recently had three deliveries shattered and chipped.

  LOL I have found that with my creative ways of wrapping things and the messages i write on the outside of my packages for some reason they reach the buyers in one piece. If I just out Fragile Please handle with care on the package they usually get broken. I dont understand it. Im glad your bowl survived the trip. That makes me happy to hear!

  Seller posted photographs of a new TY squirrel on her listing, then sent a highly used and different looking squirrel instead. When I asked about if she still had the item pictured in the listing, she initially said she would look for the other one, then got back to me two days after my initial message and said that the title on the listing was right so “sorry”. I wouldn’t recommend this seller since you don’t really know what you will end up getting after waiting for it to be shipped.

  I have 2 of these and I offered to send this person the other one but they never replied I also offered a partial refund and the other Beanie baby and they also got to keep the one they already had but they never responded and just was happy leaving a bad review. And obviously the lighting was different from where I took the picture and where they did. Im sorry this person would rather leave a bad review instead of resolving the issue. I guess you cant make everyone happy even if you try!

  I shipped the different item back and got a refund, so I'm not sure why the seller is saying I kept the item. She did send me a message 12 days after I left the feedback (and 20 days after my original order) saying that she located the correct item from the listing and would send it if I would remove my feedback.
