  Item was listed as open box but when it arrived it looked a little used, dirt in the cleaner head, scratches on the clear plastic from the brush bar. I messaged the seller, who responded quickly, and they offered a fair partial refund to keep the vacuum. I think they did a good job at solving this problem.

  Everything seems to be ok so far. I won’t have time to set it up til next week. No fault of yours but the package it was shipped in was a little beat up. I wish the Mail Service people would be a little more gentle. I’m a little concerned it maybe damaged. It doesn’t appear that way out of the box but I won’t know if there is any problem with it until I get it set up. If there is, I’ll notify you & the Post Office. So far everything looks good. Thank you for your item I appreciate it.
