Not sure these are brand new as described. Many of the lugs have striation marks on sides like from some sort of wrench. I'd assume these are "new" takeoffs, not "brand new, never opened." There is no real oem packaging either...just a bunch of em stuck next to each other in some cardboard with shrink wrap. 2 were damaged in shipping, but seller did promptly send me 2 more.
