  Unfortunately USPS marked package DELIVERED, but it wasn't. I let ✨️gatorch✨️ know & they were so kind & helpful. Waited 2-3 days since USPS sometimes says "delivered" to meet quota. It came 1 week later. Between Luxer One,USPS, Reception/Mngmnt, I don't know who dropped ball/what went wrong. All I know is ✨️gatorch✨️ did everything possible to uplift & try to make things right; like having your hand held by a dear, comforting friend who checks in. Professional! Above & beyond! EXCELLENT! 5🌟💖
