  The condition of the display is as good as advertised, however the packaging could have been better. There was a small clip on the back of the monitor (presumably used for cable organization) that was broken. The boxes arrived damaged and poorly packaged, in my opinion, which led to the damaged clip. I even had to take a video showing how loosely both monitor were packaged to protect myself. Still, these monitors are a great value for anyone looking to upgrade their desktop experience!

  The item arrived with a damaged box, which was disappointing as I intended it to be a Christmas gift. However, the seller was very responsive and handled the return process smoothly and professionally. While the issue with the packaging was unfortunate, the excellent customer service made up for it. Would consider buying from this seller again if packaging improves.

  bought a refurbished monitor which was described as excellent condition. However the shipping was late for almost a week. Ok fine. Then out of the box there are two deep scratches on the screen. Contacted acer but feels like it is just a chat robot. It was like oh we are sorry, you can return it and we will fully refund you. So am I supposed to spend a lot of time and energy for your fault? This is very funny and totally unacceptable. Was first time try eBay but should have just stayed on Amazon

  One of the two units arrived in WAY less than ideal/described condition (both were supposed to be same condition and where the same price), however, an eBay popup notification after writing up message and taking/attaching photos to message states that the seller has chosen not to recieve messages. Try to leave negative feedback and eBay prompts me to message seller. Ridiculous. Seller, please reach out to me to make this right so I can update my feedback rating and actually talk to someone.
