They refused to ship my item & made up lies on why they refused to ship it. I bought it on December 1st, 2025 and it is now December 5th and they still refuse to ship it. Plus, I spoke to Acer & they say that they do not have an Evay store & this company does not represent Acer at all. Stay away and avoid the headache & lies that they make up to ship items.

While the box was somewhat damaged upon arrival, the monitor was still in great condition! Plus, while the shipping did take a while to be picked up by FedEx, the arrival was slightly faster than expected. It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on.
