  This ACER PC Monitor was promptly shipped and delivered. It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on. A very good eBay Seller. 5+ Stars. Would buy from again.

  I’ve never left a bad review in my entire life. Worst shipping service and customer serve I’ve ever seen, purchased it on July 31st, and they still haven’t shipped it yet, the customer service keep give template answers, and telling me they are “sorry” with out any solution or reason, only answer I get is: we will let you know when the ware house ship it.

  Item as described, if not better! So far, so good! Happy to have a laptop again. The shipping was fast, and would have been faster but the first attempt by the delivery company was not successful nor did they communicate with me. This has nothing to do with the seller though but something I wanted to mention. The laptop was packaged really well and secure!

  what a joke. “like new” this company isnt checking there products before they send them out. This is STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX….and now they say they can only give me a refund, not a replacement, even though there is other certified refurbished ones on their ebay page available. All I wanted was a monitor for my birthday. Horrible experience took them all day to reply and it sounds like a robot. -100
