    nice item. did not get correct one, I ordered a 9500 got a 13000. Box had bn opened - missing a remote, solenoid, and cover. Unaware of all this until box opened and installed- had a third party come mount for me. Contacted seller and was uncooperative and went silent about resolving the issue. Would have just appreciated alittle effort in the matter. Now- will not recommend this seller.
