  This seller was outstanding! We received a bin for our Refrigerator that is different from the picture so it did not fit. I reached out to the seller who immediately acknowledged the issue and corrected it. The correct bin arrived just a few days later. It's not the absence of problems that indicates hiw good a company is, but how those problems are responded to that determines a company's integrity. This seller did an excellent job for me as a customer - Thank you!

  I had one heck of a time trying to figure out what the right shelf was my Samsung.Refrigerator. But I contact these guys and the only one it was the serial number and the next thing you know my package shows up fairly priced, Packed properly shipped quickly and arrived intact. Great vendor I hope we can do business again because I need another shelf and I can't figure out which one it is... again hahaha I hope these guys contact me after reading this.

  Item was exactly what I ordered. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was packed with great care. If anything, it was packed too well. (That's not a complaint!) What I bought was a glass shelf, and I was worried that it would break in transit, but the seller had multiple layers of protection. I did have to wash some adhesive of the glass from tape that secured it, but that was a welcome price to pay for having it arrive safely. Thanks!

  In spite of the fact that this was a used part and very hard to find (no longer manufactured), it works perfectly on our refrigerator, and for the price, it saved us having to buy a new refrigerator. Seller's description was right on, and shipping was prompt and well-packed. 5 star transaction!
