About us

You could say that a love of stamps and postal history is in my blood! It's been a passion in my family for four generations now! One of my great-grandpas was appointed postmaster of his hometown by then U.S. president, F.D.R.!

To continue, my collecting interests have evolved and expanded over the years. Since moving to Japan in 1998, I have acquired a love for Japanese stamps and postal history! I have been interested in Civil War postal history for a long time, too! I have always had a great interest in stamps used abroad, especially by military personnel engaged in conflicts far from home! While I am no hawk, as I have moved more than 20 times in my life, I empathize with soldiers who have had to be separated from their loved ones in the service of their country. In the future, I hope to use this business to give back more to US veterans!

Lastly, I look forward to meeting my customers' stamp and postal history needs! I enjoy learning from them, too!
