USPS had sent the laptop to a completely different state and it took almost 2 weeks extra for it to actually arrive, but the seller was available to message throughout the entire process. They kept a check on the laptop along with me and ended up having to open a missing mail search along the way. The laptop came as described with an unknown battery charge- sadly not very long. The package survived multiple incorrect states and was well protected.

    The seller shipped the laptop within 24 hours. USPS lost the package. The seller was on top of this. It was found and lost again. Seller filed claim against USPS.
