    Ordered 21st May and today is 4th June. I have had zero communication from this seller and the item is still showing as 'awaiting dispatch'???? I have tried to cancel but Ebays automated system says 'its toolate' to do that. I want my money back as it is clear I am NEVER going to receive the 2 items I ordered. Please refund a total of £46.00. I deal with Roman Originals direct which provide a good service but their listings on Ebay appear completely unmanned. A waste of time. AVOID!!!!!

    I have been asked to leave feed back when I haven't received the item , the first one I ordered and paid for, I was told the next day that they had no stock and was informed that I would be refunded, still waiting 10 days later , I placed a second order and still waiting. Poor service from this provider.

    Ordered 8th June, now the 17th and item still showing as awaiting dispatch. Had email to say I had returned the item, which I hadn't. Messaged them but no reply. No refund. Seems they are advertising an item which isn't available (it's showing out of stock on their company website) but they still have it on their ebay page. Have ordered directly from their company website a number of times and had good experience but their ebay site seems completely disorganised.
