    Everything was packaged well, lots of bubble wrap so nothing scarred and scored each other. Looks exactly as described, everything has a nice think coat of oil to keep from flash rusting, and was shipped and arrived within a few days! Great pricing too.

    The part I ordered for my restoration was broken during shipping!!! The guy I spoke with from this Cycle Shop was Kool and has offered me a discount on other parts that I may need which is an honourable gesture! The main reason I ordered the part from these guys is because it seems that their parts are usually in better condition. Was packaged very well so must have been treated poorly during shipping!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!

    Item was received NOT as described, and had large gouges and scratches in the paint, whereas the item shown in the listing was smooth and undamaged. Seller vociferously argued about the items condition in the listing versus what I received, claiming honesty and good character instead of addressing the problem. The Seller was shown photos of the damage and insisted it was the same as the pristine item listed. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. VERY DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT CONDUCT.
