Genesis Economic Development renovates Local Downtown Main Street USA retail merchant store-fronts to provide healthier economies and energy efficient, affordable housing for the USA markets.
In the process, Genesis rehabs older buildings, bringing them up to code by installing approved safety equipment, as well as staging complete in-house inventories to create various types of retail shops; developing a destination point for the economically depressed areas.

In turn, once the improved real estate property is sold, Genesis is then able to offer to our eBay Clients the merchandise from the staged retail shops at discounted prices; the new merchandise is then sold to the public at a discount.
