  Thanks to moyashi-japan and the previous owner for handling and taking good care of the book. Looks brand new with no fingerprints , no marks, and no damaged pages/covers as described. It arrived quickly in 4 days when the expected delivery was 10 days. The book is packaged well in a clear plastic for waterproofing, and then bubble wrapped along with an outer stiff cardboard wrap to avoid folding/bending/crushing during shipping.
