    I purchased a brown John Hardy medium box. It was nicely packaged in a box however the actual jewelry box was broken and ripped /torn when I contacted the seller via email through EBay and it stated the seller was not accepting messages. There was no way to contact them otherwise. It was obviously packaged broken. I paid in value for a new unbroken box not torn.

    we never had any buyer having issues to contact us thru eBay messaging also we have easy return policy if you receive damaged item just send it back with prepaid return shipping label ! WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY BUYER?
