    I've been waiting two and half months to get these two ICs (EEPROM AT28C64B). When they arrived, I've tested them and both were defective and not new as stated - probably fake chips. I've contacted the seller and he refused to refund me. After several e-mails, he asked me to destroy them and send him proof - which I did. Then he asked me to wait even more. I've sent him more e-mails. When he refunded, he refunded only half the amount. Extremely bad seller!!!

    It did not work, provided description of the problem, seller was asking for pictures and video - well, how do I take a picture of an CD drive laser pickup not working? Did not specify what exactly he wanted to take a picture of, after I asked. So ended up with useless product and wasted time.
