  Item arrived w broken (cracked) water reservoir and missing adjustable cup tray. Item appears to be in good working condition. Ninja is replacing the water reservoir and adjustable cup tray but charging 10.00 for shipping. Asked Seller to refund the 10.00 for shipping - no go. Seller had yo know about broken water reservoir which is obvious upon inspection. Be cautious with this seller

  Item was ordered Aug 21st. Shipping label was created Aug 26th. Estimated arrival Aug 31st. It is now Sept 3rd, no response, & no item. When I enter tracking number it says item hasn't been dropped off at USPS, this is too much, shouldn't be this complicated.
