  Charged me $3.00 for shipping but then only paid 53 cents which wasn’t enough so my mail carrier held the package until I paid the additional 35 cents. I know it’s very minor, but I ended up paying $3.53 for shipping and this seller only paid 53 cents. I contacted this seller and asked about it but they ghosted me (I still haven’t heard back) so that lack of communication along with the shipping issue warranted a neutral feedback rating in my opinion.

  Slow to ship, overcharged shipping with a 1st class rate but it shipped in a standard envelope with $0.53 clearly printed on it, and card was pictured in a mag but was sent in a regular top loader instead (presumably to make it thinner to send the cheaper way and pocket more money)
