    Heavy $400 Stickley chair arrived broken from front to back in perfect box. Contacted seller multiple times, said I needed to file report with UPS. No help. UPS as well as Stickley furniture refinishing expert said chair was broken when mailed, seller packed chair. Now will pay $300 to have chair fixed, plus over $120 mailing.Unusable now because break is jagged through and through. I have purchased furniture from Ebay no problem, even had pieces upholstered. Beware!
