    I originally had not received the item that I ordered, not because of any seller issues, but only because of US Post office delays. I had not received my item on the estimated arrival date, so I reached out to the seller one week afterwards. The seller kept me informed as to how the delay would be investigated and even offered a refund, if the post office lost the item. I am revising my feedback to reflect how cooperative and forthright the seller was with me. Great seller!!!

    A week after I left this comment, I finally received the item I ordered. Again, it was not the seller's fault. There were problems, it seems, with the US Post Office. I am going to try and change my neutral review to a positive review, because the seller deserves it.
