    Description was deceptive. These were not damaged in shipping, they were defective in manufacture. The inner plastic cylinders were set too high. Took an hour with pliers to rip the tops off the sleeves to make these fit for purpose. Seller does not accept returns. On the plus side shipping was fast. The price was lower than similar items on ebay but I wish I had spent a little more elsewhere and saved the aggravation and hassle.
