    I purchased a set of 2 vintage framed cameo’s, however there was only 1 in the box when I opened the package. The seller did not offer any remedy and told me to contact USPS, however there was no damage to the packaging and the package was sealed when I received it, so USPS couldn’t do anything. I have shopped on eBay for many years and this is the first time that I dealt with a seller that did not offer any remedy to an issue.

    I am sorry you didn't think the problem was resolved. I suggested contacting USPS as a next step and not the final resolution. I was following the process eBay told me to do. I could have done more but I didn't receive any further updates from you on this matter.
