adidas started selling Yeezy shoes in 2015. These shoes immediately gained a lot of attention, and the company has released several models since then. When browsing the wide selection of Yeezy sneakers available on eBay, you may come across the Yeezy 350.

The Yeezy 350 V2 is a more recently released version of the 350, and it comes in multiple colorways, one of which is Carbon.

The first Yeezy Boost 350 V2 sneakers have orange side stripes, which helps them stand out. Those stripes have the stamp of SPLV 350 on them. The internal toebox is reinforced so that it can be more durable, and the Primeknit material used on the upper consists of three different color yarns. Inside the heel of the shoe are three stripes, which are reminiscent of the adidas logo. At the bottom of the shoe, the Boost midsole extends the whole length from toe to heel, and the semi-translucent TPU sidewalls provide some visual interest. The Yeezy Boost window cutout at the bottom of the outsole is located near the heel.

Instead, it has a streak of black on its side in the form of a post-dyed monofilament material. This black stripe matches the black laces and the black collar, which can be seen where the top of the shoe hugs the ankle. The upper part of the shoe has been made using black and gray Primeknit. Primeknit consists of thermoplastic yarns that have been woven together to create a durable and resilient fabric. Using Primeknit results in a secure fit, and since it's a single piece of material, very little additional weight is added to the shoe.

Toward the top of the Yeezy 350 V2 Carbon, a lighter shade of gray is more prominent. The opposite is true toward the bottom of the shoe, where black plays a more major role. In different sections of the shoe, the Primeknit pattern is slightly different, and this creates an interesting look. Since Primeknit fits snug to the foot, laces don't need to be tied tightly for a secure fit. The laces actually have a no-tie bungee feature, which lets you slip them on and off more easily. In addition, adidas wove reflective threads into those laces, and this can help with visibility at night. The rubber cage of the outsole has a yellow tinge to it, and underneath, you can see the Boost midsole.

Variations of the Yeezy 350 V2

On eBay, you'll likely see other versions of the 350 V2s that have a similar color scheme to the Carbons. The Zyon is one example of that. It has a black monofilament stripe with a solid gray collar. It has a slightly lighter colorway than the Carbon, with gray having a strong presence. The 350 V2 Yecheil also has a black monofilament stripe, and black can be seen in the laces, collar, outsole, and parts of the Primeknit upper. The difference is that it has several bright colors woven into its upper.
