The Air Jordan 4 is the second sneaker in the popular shoe franchise designed by Tinker Hatfield and debuted in 1989. Michael Jordan wore the shoe when he hit the game-winning shot in Game 5 of the NBA Playoffs against the Cleveland Cavaliers. It received the retro title in 1999, and since that time various retro editions have been released.

Released in July 2013, the Air Jordan 4 Retro Toro Bravo features a predominantly Fire Red color scheme throughout the nubuck upper, tongue, and bottom Jumpman logo. Accents of black are featured throughout the midsole, heel, wings, quarter paneling, and bottom of the outsole. Cement Grey outlines the eyelets, interior, outsole, and the tag on the tongue. White detailing is splashed across the midsole where the Air unit sits as well as the Jumpman logos on the heel and tongue of the shoe.

Air Jordan 4 Retro Metallic Red

The Air Jordan 4 Retro Metallic Red was launched as a four-piece Metallic Pack on June 6, 2020. Monochromatic white flows throughout the Air Jordan 4 Retro Metallic Red’s upper, midsole, outsole, tongue, quarter-panel netting, and heels. The University Red pops out throughout the molded eyelets, interior tongue, bottom toe side of the outsole, and all of the Jumpman logos.

Air Jordan 4 Retro Red Thunder

Also known as Crimson, its contrast of black and red is iconic in the Air Jordan sneaker line. Unlike the Tour Yellow accents in the original shoes, the predominantly black nubuck upper replaces the yellow with splashes of Crimson Red. The Crimson is displayed on the molded eyelets, quarter-panel netting, interior tongue, throat, and the area of the midsole where the signature air cushioning is.
