Terms & Conditions
What is the Promotion?
Sellers can request an offer for a qualifying cell phone for the Quick Sale “Promotion”. eBay Quick Sale will provide the seller with an Offer Amount for the qualifying cell phone, as updated in the offer request flow and determined in eBay Quick Sale’s sole discretion (“Offer Amount”). To be eligible to receive the Offer Amount, the seller must accept the offer, and ship the qualifying cell phone to eBay Partner within ten (10) days from receipt of the offer. Once they receive your cell phone, inspect and test your cell phone and verify that the cell phone is as you, the seller described, the title transfers to the eBay Partners and they will send payment to the seller via PayPal for the Offer Amount. Receipt and verification of the cell phone is a condition precedent of the Offer Amount and the Promotion. Seller must have an active and verified PayPal account to receive and access the sent payment. Payments will be made to your PayPal account using the email address you have provided. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will receive an email that tells you how to set-up a PayPal account to access your money. PayPal is the only payment method available and is required to receive payment.
The offer and Offer Amount will expire after ten (10) days at which point the seller can request a new offer.
In the event the phone is received by eBay Partner after the offer has expired; or if once the eBay Partners inspect the phone and find the items specifics or condition, as determined in their sole discretion, are different than the seller’s evaluation, the seller may receive an updated offer.
The seller then has 72 hours to accept or decline the updated offer. If an updated offer is not provided, if the seller declines the updated offer or if a response to the updated offer is not received within 72 hours from receipt of the updated offer, the eBay Partner will ship the cell phone back to the seller. Return shipping is free of charge.
All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from participating in the Promotion. The Promotion can be applied in addition to any applicable monthly insertion fee promotion, and/or any other insertion fee promotion; however, the Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
This Promotion is available to sellers who (i) are registered and in good standing on www.ebay.com.
