eBay Valet is no longer accepting orders.

As of March 12, 2018, the eBay Valet program has been discontinued and is no longer accepting orders.

We want to thank everyone who has used eBay Valet for their support over the years.

  • Why was eBay Valet discontinued?

We are always looking to provide the best experience for our customers. We’re focusing on simplifying the selling process and invite you to sell at eBay.com/sell - opens in new window or tab or try our consignment program for luxury handbags and wallets, eBay Authenticate - opens in new window or tab.

  • When will eBay Valet stop accepting orders?

New orders will no longer be accepted starting March 12, 2018.

  • What are my options for selling on eBay?

  • What if I have an existing order that I have not shipped?

If you have already created an order, please send it to eBay Valet before March 30, 2018. If the warehouse receives an order on or after April 2, 2018, the item will be returned to you at no cost.

  • What if eBay Valet has my item and it has not sold?

Items sent to eBay Valet before March 30, 2018 will be listed for sale on eBay for up to 60 days, per the program terms. If they are not sold by the end of June, they will be returned to you at no cost.

  • What if I haven’t received my payment?

You'll be paid through PayPal after an item sells. Once the buyer has paid for the item, Valets will send you a payment within 2 business days. Valets make every effort to meet these time frames, but some situations—such as extreme weather or unexpected volume—may cause delays. As a reminder, eBay Valet takes a percentage of your item’s final selling price:

    Item Selling Price You earn
    >=$500.00 80%
    $250.00 - $499.99 70%
    $100.00 - $249.99 60%
    $50.00 - $99.99 50%
  • What will happen to Quick Sale?

There are no changes to the Quick Sale program.
