I replaced my 6 year old WD TV Live streaming media box due to lack of support for .wmv and .rmvb files. The Zidoo also supports 4k, a plus for my future projector upgrade. One could also load kodi, YouTube, etc. The only downside is the remote control that one could customize controlling a TV set with had poor instructions which I would not use the feature anyway, a small negative. Things do get lost in translation. Overall, the Zidoo/Ourglass box looks a lot more expensive than most streaming media that I'v seen or used. The remote is not back-lit which is usually the case but has a larger footprint than most. Support is 24-hour during the week days, so no complaint there. These folks are very responsive.
