I drove to Belgium to pick up my purchase for my daughter's new home, as I live in WI where this item comes from. Was met by a pleasant individual. Took me into his warehouse to let me pick the dehumidifier of my choice. And even though I did not purchase the drain hose or drain pump he gave them to me. I also will more then likely purchase another dehumidifier for myself, as mine is too small for my basement size. Thank you again and see you soon.

It just arrived so I am unsure of its effectiveness. But the fan setting only works on low and the quiet feature is the same sound as the fan🤷🏽♀️. So far not impressed, but will write another review after using for a few months .

We started using this machine just this week and it is extraordinary for the amount of moisture that is taken out of a damp area of our house. It is wonderful quiet and we really do like the drain features. The collection bucket method that we use for the first day or two was so good we had to empty on a daily basis. While this dehumidifier is not compact or what I would call quiet, it definitely works well as evidenced by the always draining water coming from the pump tubing. It originally worked great for about 18hrs before the circuit board broke & stayed on default settings only; however, this company was very responsive. They immediately offered it to be returned, but when I didnt want to hassell with that, they agreed to send me the circuit board to replace ourselves AND extend the warranty 6 months!! We replaced the bad board & it has been working great ever since!
