Leslie's Walking DVD's are great workouts. This workout was intense, yet still low impact. Leslie is a great instructor - paired with the music and easy to follow walking steps, this workout keeps you motivated, moving and walking off those pounds!

This DVD is easy to follow. You have 4 main moves which are explained at the begining of the session. I have been using 2 of her DVD's now for about a month and a half, along with a healthy diet my weight loss is at approx 12 pounds. Some other workout DVD's that I have tried have moves that I cannot even begin to do. Her DVD's allow you to begin slowly and then build up to adding light weights or a resistance band. I think this is a great starting point for someone who has not been very active and wants to change thier lifestyle.
Walk Away the POUNDS is a wonderful workout . In this workout you walk the miles . Which means you keep walking in place, left to right, forward and backwards. You can use weights while you work out ,or simply not. This workout is simple. Also if you can not walk the miles in place . You can stop at any point and work your way up. It is a great cardio workout with very low impact. I am using this workout tape since over ten years , and when I saw the DVD I bought it. If three miles is to hard just start off with the one mile, then two and eventually you can make it to three. Or if one is enough for you that is also great. The DVD came faster than expected and works like a charm.

I have used Zumba, Tae Bo, The Firm, and others. And this is the only one that I've actually stuck with. Not only have I used it for years, but I wore out my VHS copy and just had to buy the DVD version. It's the shortest workout for its effectiveness. You have a choice whether or not to use weights. (I just use a pair of Wal-mart weights.) I've tried some of Leslie Sansone's other videos, but I came straight back to Walk Away The Pounds. With the 3-mile tape, you have the choice to stop or continue as you please. I plan to keep this routine for a very long time. One part that I was really impressed with is how my arms got toned from this somewhat light workout. Don't get me wrong, it works out your lower body as well. I ould definitely recommend this tape...to first-timers or veterans.
This is a great building workout, for someone who is getting back into the workout game. You have 3 different stages that you can build up and add on. I use the 1 mile for a quick exercise jolt, that only takes 15 minutes to complete and makes me feel like I have accomplished something (and I have). The other excercises require more time and use more energy and burn more calories and are something to workup to. Leslie is very chatty and can annoy some, but overall she offers you a good start to getting back in shape. As someone who isn't always able to walk around the neighborhood due to scheduling, I can now accomplish this at home in my livingroom. I believe you should try it, you have nothing to lose but weight.
