I needed an indoor antenna which did not take up space and look awkward sitting on top of something. I also needed an antenna that would reach the stations/signal since I live in an area that does not have cable and quite a distance to TV stations. I do have satellite but I'm getting tired of paying for locals really quick. I received the antenna and within 5 minutes had installed it and set up my television. The kit came with 2 ways to connect power which I like a lot, you can either connect power using USB if your TV has one or the power adapter included in the kit. Since the antenna is flat and placed against the window it is not intrusive or taking up space. After scanning for stations on my TV I am able to pick up 12 stations in HD compared to the 4 with satellite and the picture and sound is way better than satellite. Remember the signal reception will be affected by bad weather and other obstructions (as will satellite also). This was worth the money and I would buy it again. P.S.- I had it in the window 3 days before my wife noticed!Read full review

I bought this to get reception for my favorite PBS station. I already had a cheap set of rabbit ears and hoped to be able to pull the station in with this antenna. My tv has a DTV signal finder with signal strength readout, so it is fairly easy to tell as you move the antenna around. This antenna gets the same strength and signal as the cheaper rabbit ears. I even opened the window and hung it outside. No change. I am disappointed, so I will have to stream PBS another way. The station is about 30 miles from my house. So, it definitely does not reach 60 miles, even on a clear day.

I purchased this antenna hoping I could get my local channels and maybe some others. Hookup was easy. I scanned for channels and was impressed with how many it found. To my dismay, I was not able to get the local Fox network though I know it was far less than 60 miles away. I tried relocating it in the direction it should be to no avail. Although many channels I can pick up are clear some that were received are not clear. Others are pixelated or do not come in at all. I will continue to use it now that I bought it, it just isn't as good as I was hoping for.

If living in a metro area, why pay a cable bill. This unit is easy to install, just have flat side pointing towards most broadcast area, tape, nail, Velcro, or 3M command strip to wall and let your tv search for most channels. Hookup to antenna input yo your tv, have a dvd, iTV, Roku, or other internet receiver hooked up for NetFlix, Amazon Prime or other service. Get your local stations off the antenna and receive others, a lot for free, some subscription, over the Internet.

I was so sick of the bunny ears we were using for our tv. Depending on the station we had to move three ears. Some stations we never saw due to no signal. This was after I bought a GE antenna for $18.00. my other one before this I've sucked even more. I saw this HDTV flat antenna and saw the reviews and figured to try. I'm so glad I did. I've Never seen so many stations on the TV without cable. Granted a few are other languages but we were still able to see every channel. Was very easy to instal. My only issue was our Tv is mounted on the wall so was a little hard to get to the usb outlet on the tv. I held the antenna on the wall and had my husband flip every channel we watch on tv and the ones we couldn't. The found that SWEET spot and mounted it on the wall. It's double sided tape so it doesn't ruin the walls and if you move it just add more tape. Over all I've had this antenna for 2 weeks and I love it. I do hope it works the same in rainny season. Great buy. A+ to the product.Read full review
