I have never ordered a piece of exercise equipment. But I have watched Mr. Chuck Norris many times endorse this product. He is about my age and of course has exercised most of his life. I have not but after two weeks of using this equipment I am starting to see just a little improvement, not much but I feel that if I stay on course total gym will do what it is meant to do. I am also planning to purchase the additional peddling attachment if I can find it for a good price.
