The items were listed as "new" but unfortunately, the plastic safety seal on one of the bottles was entirely split open upon arrival. This, coupled with the tattered outer boxes for the sauce seems questionable at best & makes me unhappy as a customer to have paid for new condition but not receive quite what I paid for.
