Great sound quality, excellent noise cancelling. Pairs with devices incredibly easy.
These headphones live up to my expectations. I bought these over the Bose QC35ii because the Bose made my ears feel pressurized. The Sony’s do not create any pressure in my ears and sound great. The noise cancelling is top notch, and drowns out the noise aboard a plane, and in a car. Their sound quality is excellent too. These aren’t the lightest headphones out there, but they’re also not your average headphones. I also love the music mute and ambient noise feature when you place your hand over the right ear piece. Rather than having to remove the headphones completely to talk to someone briefly.

My refurbished product condition is like a used one.
Um.. I bought a refurbished product and I looked forwarded to the perfect condition. however, it's too used condition. especially earpad leather and inner side fabric of earpad. and it may be my fault not to read carefully about accessaries in the packaging because I didn't expect that there was no hard case. I just understood that no gift box in refurbished product. anyway it's almost same as a used one... I think that my expectation was too high.Sorry not to leave a good sound.

Best Noise Cancelling Headphones
I've bought several different types of noise cancelling headphones before and by far the Sony WH-1000XM2 are the best. I highly recommend this product based on the following. - Best noise cancellation technology (Closet one is the new Bose headphones) - Comfortable - Great for travel since it can fold and comes with a nice case - Bluetooth works well - The touch features are very useful especially the ability to temporarily stop the noise cancellation feature by putting your hand on the right side

Great Headphones! Worth the price.
Good sound quality for high end bluetooth headphones. The option to play with LDAC quality on Android is great. The only problem i have is the headband is a little wide. The fit isn't perfect for me but I really like the feature that allows me to hear the Ambient noise. If you don't care much for the ambient noise option... maybe the bose qc might be better.
