1st of all, this is not a smartphone. I have went through 3 of them & AT&T will not send me a different phone. This is the worst phone I have ever owned & I have owned a lot of phones. Main problems are: The touchscreen is very slow & very inaccurate, You have to pound on it to get it to work! The phone itself is very slow. It freezes up all the time & the only way to fix it is to pop out the battery. Sometimes when I receive a text or a voicemail, the ringtone keeps on ringing even after I press view or call! If you receive a text, phone call or a voicemail & the phone is locked than you can view everything on the phone bc it only stays locked if you go out of everything! (I hope that makes sense), the camera sucks as well! The phone is constantly dropping calls! It also has very bad reception & you can barely hear the other person, sounds muffled! This phone is worthless which is why I upgraded my plan with a Samsung Infuse 4g! I advise everyone to stay away from this phone! It is not worth the time or the money! PS: There are also bad reviews on this phone on other websites if you want to check.Read full review
I bought this smartphone because my last ATT phone was giving me all sorts of problems. And I was tired of putting it in my purse or pocket and having it call numbers that would just come up as a result of brushing against whatever. And I do a lot of texting and liked the idea of having a keyboard available that I could hold with both hands; increasing my speed. It did take me awhile before I got used to the touch screen but that was another reason I wanted it; for the ease of going from one page to another. If this phone fails I will purchase another like it. The camera takes terrific photos-the clarity is tops. There isn't anything that I don't like about my phone-it's the best buy as far as I am concerned.
Best bang for the buck for a texting phone. I honestly think the phone is fabulous. I've had it for a few months now and I love it. I dropped it a good amount of times and there's only one scratch on it. The touch screen is easy to use, its just a little dysfunctional when you're trying to send a picture to someone, but just hit enter instead of touching the screen and its fine. What I really love is the design of the phone, all the options, and they keyboard. The battery life is decent, but it's a phone-- the battery life on most cell phones isn't too long so who cares? My friend loved my phone and asked me what kind it was, and she's gonna get it soon. So see? It's a really good phone, and I would definitely recommend it.
Worst phone I have ever had! The alarm clock has never worked. When its time to alarm it locks the phone on black screen, no sound, I have to remove the battery to reboot the phone. There is no touch screen calibration so what you have is what you get, and mine is off big time! Most the internet features don't work right and they continue to rack up your internet usage after you "close" them, the only way to actually close them out is to reboot the phone. You are better off using a home phone than this stupid device.
excellent smartphone but not entirely evolved... I don't have to use a data plan and get all the benefits of most smartphones... easy to use full keyboard apps on internet... mini sd slot and a 2mp camera however no flash and to text you must open the keyboard... it can be used as a touchscreen otherwise I love it
