This is my 4th one and every single one, including this one, has the same issue. It must be a manufacturer glitch and some of my phones were worse than others. Sometimes, if you jump around from apps to quick, the screen will just go blue and freeze. At this point, you have to pull the battery out, put it back in and start it up again. As this get more frequent, you better start writing your phone numbers down if you have T-Mobile. My last phone went blue for the last time and that was it. I lost all my new number from the past year. I’ve had this one for almost a month. The screen went blue the 1st and 2nd day I had it, but has been behaving so far. Why do I keep buying this phone? I need the keyboard, but this may be my last one. If this one lasts a couple of years too, I’ll be happy. I will probably get a Galaxy Note with a stylus next time. Even though this phone is quirky, I really do like the phone. I had the last one several years before it finally went blue for the last time. Since this is such an old phone, the price has gone down so much. The price, the keyboard and the fact that I just like the phone all factored into my decision to buy this phone again. 2 phones for a super price. i know they will not last forever, i have been through 3 of these so far. if my son and i get 6 months it was a super deal. one month so far, 1 of the 2 has a couple standard issues, the othere is near flawless. i still expect approximately 6 months use, looks like they will both make that so i am very pleased.

I've had three different smart phones with a Qwerty keypad, but this is the best. It is not at all bulky, though you might have trouble finding a good protective case for this type of phone, with its slider keyboard.. Its not just that the phone is good - but the layout of the keypad makes it easier to text. Sadly, these kind of phones have disappeared from the modern phone lineup, so find one in new or good used condition if you can.

Prior to purchasing this item I did my research and found that overall, this was a great value and I was not disappointed. The phone has all the bells and whistles and then some of the more expensive phones, without the overblown price tag. My only complaints are the usual bloatware that comes with all these android system phones. I wish the manufacturers did not install these programs that are either useless to me or on a fee basis, which by the way, someone like myself without tech experience cannot remove. They simply use up memory. The other complaint is the volume level...unless you are in a totally quiet environment, or the phone is set to bluetooth or speakerphone, the volume level leaves a lot to be desired.
Great phone, works very well, and is easy to use, it's very custom-izable, and is quick at doing anything you need it to, even when running multiple apps in the background. The only issue i had with it really is, and this is just my particular device, the battery. It's faulty and won't hold a charge for more then 3-4 hours, though I'm using it for VERY light session (Literally just texting, nothing more.) All in all, I am very pleased with this phone, and would absolutely implore others to get it if you're considering it!
