Extremely impressed as a frequent user of samsung phones. I have always been a huge fan of the samsung s series and note series and this really blew me away in quality. The edge is such a nice feature and a really exceptional new spin on the note. My favorite feature of the edge so far is when you recieve a phone call or some sort of message and notifications it comes in on the edge instead of through the whole display or a huge portion of the top of the display. The sound quality of the device is above average for a samsung personally. Coming from the blackberry priv with its front facing speaker which was extremely loud it is nice to hear such a loud quality from a rear facing speaker. The amoled screen is very nice. The keyboard is quick response. However personally buying used i noticed that the battery is very poor so i will be buying a new oem factory battery to see if that is the issue. However it does not take away from the preformance of the device itself. Easily customizable. In my area i do not notice poor signal quality. My carrier is att and i see great speed quality for the device. Setup was a breeze. Downloads reasonably quick. The camera is quite brilliant. I have a habit of placing my finger over the rear camera and accidentally smudge it often but from a clean lense the cameras quality is perfect. Camera is a huge thing for me being a photographer and the blackberry priv sported a lovely 18mp camera so the 16mp is not far off in quality. Video quality is really well too. However low light quality seems to be only average but that is to be expected with the majority of phones. However for someone who is going for exceptional quality in low light or no light and that is a huge selling point, forget the edge and its edge featurs and go to the blackberry priv its beyond beyond amazing im low light or no light for front and rear facing cameras and has a light adjustment feature as well. However the pixel quality of the edge seems to be much sharper than the priv in good lighting. So far pleasantly pleased and impressed with this phone minus the battery hpwever again personally is not a point that makes me decide to not get the phone. Reasonable price range used. Still decent price new. Glad to finally be experiencing the edge phone type without having to get the s6 or s7 for alot more money.Read full review

This is my 2nd Samsung Note. My first one was the Note 2 that I had for two years until it died on me. I didn't want to convert an Iphone so I decided to stay loyal to the Note. Big mistake. I saw one review about this phone that said the screen cracks easier. That is so correct. Also, Otterbox doesn't have any products for the Note Edge, so I was screwed in getting a really good case. Even with a screen protector and case, my screen still cracked. My Note 2's screen never cracked and I dropped it all the time. Also when I do screenshots, the edge display shows up so I have edit it all the time which can be annoying. It's definitely a unique phone, but it's unpopular and not worth it.

Really great phone. Like the bigger size. The phone was exactly in the condition it was described when i bought it. Very slight flaws and had some burnt LCD images in the back round.

I work as a chief of staff in a wireless company, this phone has helped me a lot, it has all kind of features that you need starting from the quick tool option, the smart pin which allows you to cut and edit any text, not to mention the ability to take a picture of any document and edit on it.add to that the Edge screen gives you quick access to your customized shortcuts and also the phone has the one hand operating option which puts everything on the use of your thump. The phone offers you a 32GB internal storage and also you can add more storage using SD card. Defiantly its a great phone to have
Buyer beware!! This AT&T variant of the Galaxy Note Edge is the phone from HELL. There exists no known root method for this phone. Verizon version, either. Sprint & T-Mobile variants can be rooted. CANNOT remove all of the massive upon massive amounts of AT&T bloatware. Facebook comes as a system app on the phone and cannot be set NOT to auto-update. I like to use the Facebook Chat Enabler app, so you don't have to download the separate messenger app. Newer versions of Facebook do not allow this fix. Facebook constantly updates itself, despite the fact that my Google Play settings are set to NOT auto-update. It's the only app that updates itself. CANNOT be removed to install an earlier version. The system apps can only be disabled, but not uninstalled. This is the first and LAST Samsung phone that I ever buy. It cannot be reverted back to Kit-Kat after it is upgraded to 5.0.1 lollipop. I tried and it bricked the phone in the first day that I got it. I tried for 3 days to fix it. Nothing worked. The phone got an error message saying that an error occured during and update and could not start. The phone literally would NOT boot. A message comes up saying go into Emergency Recovery Mode with KIES, a Samsung program. So I downloaded KIES, and it said that Samsung Smart Switch replaced KIES. So I downloaded and installed Smart Switch. This program says that the Galaxy Note Edge is an unsupported device. Very nice. I called Samsung, and the tech tried all that I had tried for the last 3 days. She said to take it to Best Buy Samsung Experience counter. I did, and the tech there flashed and fixed my phone in 2 minutes. I was out the door. The phone works, but unable to root it leaves it unable to install certain apps like Titanium backup and other programs. If I had known these issues before, I would have bought an unlocked T-mobile version that can be rooted. I bought this phone because I was intrigued by the edge screen. My intrigue quickly dissipated when I ran into these non-fixable issues. I normally use LG phones, and in fact have 3 Optimus G's, 6 Optimus G pro's, a G3, G Pro 2, and a G-pad. This was the first and last Samsung device that I will ever buy. The fact now that Samsung is going toward non-removable backs and no SD cards is even more reason to steer clear of SS. I wish I could feel better about this phone, but it has literally been 3 months of exasparating frustration with this phone. The edge screen isn't quite as intriguing as I thought, either.Read full review
