Very good cordless reciprocating saw, used it immediately upon arrival, I had 2 batteries that are used on my nail gun which power it successfully. Cut down a small shrub tree about 3" in diameter along with all the branches. Had to use both batteries as mine are 3 amp-hour and a larger battery is recommended. Purchased a 9" trimming blade also. Very pleased with the saws performance.

I'm hooked on Ryobi One tools and this saw is a fine example. It does the job (mostly cutting tree limbs around the yard) and it has near corded power and the batteries are cheap on ebay. You can't beat the price.

I was a plumbing and remodeling contractor for many years. I have used the old blue Ryobi tools and now after 20+ years am upgrading to the ONE series. The new batteries are the best. You can't over charge them. You can spend much more for the same tool. But Ryobi is my choice for cost and dependable performance

This little saw is a beast for the price. I’ve begun to use it for projects I hadn’t planned on since it’s so easy to grab off the shelf being cordless.
