Hard to find sub. Bought as a mate for the other one i already had.
Really good quality and power handling on a budget. The only sub of its type that I am aware of that has the air chamber and no spider that allows for a smaller than normal box.

With enough power and the right enclosure, an awesome sub
Bought 2 from America (I'm in Australia) due to the massively better price. At first was rather underwhelmed at the subs performance in a sealed box within the recommended volume range (Pioneer recommends quite small sealed and ported enclosures), I even tried one in a Pioneer Champion series L ported box and it failed to do anything memorable. However I was undeterred and found a good T port box design for 2 subs on the SMD page forums and proceeded to build it. Recently I've gotten both the subs in the box and am running them off a 1500w rms Fusion amp (so at max getting only 750rms to each sub) with a 2F capacitor. Even atm with them not being fully powered, with the right song these subs are brutal. I had a 15" Soundstream in a 3 cube foot ported box before and it shook my commodore (large sedan) very well but 2 of these pioneers took it to the next level, the parcel shelf goes nuts and even the sunglasses holder and roof at the front shakes violently, I'm pretty sure driven with enough power they'd crack my back windscreen. Even with the cap when they hit some notes I've had the voltage drop to near 11v, so as stated in an earlier review a high farad capacitor and probably second battery (I've got an Optima yellow top on the way) will help combat voltage drop and light dimming. After tweaking the settings sound quality is good and taking everything into account a top sub. If you're looking for soul shaking bass go for a couple of these in a good ported box (possibly bigger than Pioneer recommends) with enough power infrastructure to do them justice. However if you're a sealed box type person favouring sound quality over voluminous bass and vibration, after my experience with these you might be just as well choosing a lower power 12, as big ported bass seems to be where these subs excel Read full review

POUNDING BASS - QUALITY PRODUCT - GREAT PRICE - RAVE REVIEWS - BUY THEM NOW
This is a great sub! I've got two in seperate sealed enclosures and my 2012 Malibu trembles. They hit low and hard, and folks will hear you coming. I've never got so many looks like 'OMG turn that $hit down' at traffic lights. The bass shakes the mirrors on the surrounding cars. I had thoughts of adding on, but my back window flexes with the bass and I'm afraid to put any more stress on it. The vibrating body panels (hood included) shake off the water after washing, reducing the time spent drying (justifies the initial expense, lol). The quality is good and I am sure I'll be pounding them for a long time to come. For the price I challenge anyone to present a better bang for the buck. I've got a 4000W Power Acoustik pushing these monsters at 2 ohms and could probably send a bit more power their way, but I don't like the smell of burnt voice coils so I'll refrain. Buy the Pioneer branded custom grille for these babies to protect your cones and make your box look bad a$$. One word of advice: Buy a bigger cap than you think you need, err on the side of excess. I've got a 5F and it's not quite enough to keep the lights from dimming, I'm gonna switch to a 10F. Read full review

Ass-Kicking Subwoofer, best value for money.
What a Bad-Ass Subwoofer, this monster kicks some serious but, when installed in the correct sized enclosure. I've tried it now in 2 types of enclosures, the first with a ported box design but the second (and it blew me away) in a transmission line enclosure... it blurred my vision every time I felt that ass-kicking bass. You can't go wrong with this sub-woofer, its the best value for money sub I've ever used.

GREAT SPEAKERS,GREAT PRICE,AND GREAT SOUND!!!
I bought these SUBS to get my stereo a little louder, but not too much because i don't want any tickets from the cops. I can honestly say these speakers drop some deep bass, and knock things around in my car.I am a avid pioneer fan and these subs did exactly what i was hoping for. i had 2 pioneer SVC TS-W304C SUBS running before i put these in,so i am pushing between 2 and 3 times more wattage than i was before and it sounds great thank you pioneer!.
