Like a lot of other folks, I too, found that Pachmayr’s quality has gone down. Though this grip will fit, it doesn’t fit well. There is a gap between the two grips where they meet in the front. I tried to trim a little rubber off to make them meet better but I shouldn’t have to do this. I will keep the grips unless I can find a set of NOS grips.

Carried these style back in the day. They are well made, non slip, and comfortable. They are designed to fill the gap between the trigger guard and the grip. Keeps you from beating your knuckles raw. Additionally they aren't so large as to be bulky .Great for concealed carry.

The Pachmayr grips reduce felt recoil, add greater control of the weapon through better grip, thereby increasing accuracy and make shooting a more pleasurable experience. For my personal use, the Compac grip for the J frame are only surpassed by Ergo Delta grips which are not suited for all shooters.

great shipping , nos packaged condition , the best overall grip Pachmayr makes imo , and this is an older and better made example . I would do it again

Not a good fit on an L frame model 69. I think It was missing a nut in the grip screw socket.
