compared to other operation management books, this is ok... this book shouldn't be used to teach a class. The language is too "corporate" and is difficult to study from.
First, I ordered Operations Management by Larry P. Ritzman, Lee J. Krajewski, Manoj K. Malhotra (2009, Hardcover)with an emphasis on Hardcover.Second, Its the intrnational version and not the one shown in the dipiction with the airplane; this one hasa picture of a street.. Please send me the money back because apparently you sent me the wrong book and wasted my time.
The description was accurate and the seller shipped the textbook quickly. Reasonably priced and and in great quality. The book was still in original packaging. I would buy from this seller again and would recommend them to others.
Really surprised by the outstanding quality. I had never used an international version , but they're great. The best part is the unlike their U.S. hardcover counterparts, softcover textbooks are actually affordable.
I like this book because it's easy to read, and it clearly explains all the terms and concepts I haven't learned before. I would recommend this book to any student of Operations Management.
